DeepSpicy provides adult-only online AI generation services on deepspicy.com (the "Site"). This Policy applies to all prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and interactions on the Site. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Site.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, request, or share content that includes:

Minors or young-looking persons in sexual or suggestive contexts, or any underage-implying scenarios (e.g., school settings/uniforms, childlike proportions), regardless of stated age.

Non-consensual or privacy-violating material (including explicit deepfakes without permission; hidden-camera/doxxing scenarios).

Sexual violence, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, incest, or bestiality.

Illegal material to create, possess, or distribute under applicable law.

IP/trademark infringements, including unauthorized use of copyrighted characters or brands.

Content intended to harass, threaten, promote hate, or incite real-world harm.

3. Restricted Categories

The following may be permitted only under strict conditions and may be blocked at our discretion:

Brands and trademarks: usage must respect intellectual property and applicable rules.

Regional/partner limits: features or categories may be geo-restricted where required by local law or payment/partner policies.

4. User Responsibilities

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.
